My name is Szabolcs (“Szabi”) Vig - (DJ VigSzabi that translates as DJ "HappyHoliday"). I was born in Budapest and raised in the suburban of the City, in the marvellous Danube Bend. Currently I live in Budakeszi with my family. I spent my last two decades working with people from different cultures. I also lived in the U.S. for a few years with my family, therefore I feel at home in a multi-cultural, diverse environment. I started to be interested in the technical aspect of music during my high school years, the music of the 80s and 90s influenced me the most. I am a retro - DJ, having New Wave, Synth - pop and EBM as favourite styles.

I graduated from the university as an electrical engineer, currently I work in IT - management. Besides my regular job I try to spend as much time as possible with music to make my childhood dreams come true, this was a sound engineering job. 

Being a DJ nowadays is a "technical sport", the quality of devices I work with is very important for me. Among other brands I mainly use Bose F1 professional sound system, Pioneer controllers and wireless, battery powered lights from Ape Labs.

I can assist you in various matters, organising house parties or any parties even in the middle of nowhere without electric network, weddings, corporate events, or just helping with the setup of deco - lighting of events. I am a member of the Hungarian DJ Association and for sure having the ability to invoice.
